technical support engineer

《Technical Support Engineer》
Salary and benefits: 6-8K (RMB)
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, mechanical/optoelectronic majors are preferred, and fresh graduates are acceptable
2. Strong hands-on ability
3. Able to understand mechanical technical manuals and comprehend drawings
4. Have a basic understanding of control systems and technology
5. Candidates with experience in machine vision are preferred
6. Familiarity with instrument and equipment applications (such as DC power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes) is preferred
Main responsibilities of the position:
1. Proficient in operating microscopes (experience in debugging is preferred)
2. Complete imaging testing according to customer requirements and standards
3. Proactively communicate with clients and grasp the status of the project
4. Diagnose mechanical/electrical/lens barrel issues and promptly resolve them
5. Timely provide feedback on project status and issues to the technical and business departments
